Complaints Handling Procedure

 

We have an internal complaints handling process. As an investor, you have a right to enquire into or complain about the operation of the Fund to the extent that it relates to you or your Investment, including about our conduct, management and administration of the Fund. We have established procedures to ensure that all enquiries and complaints are properly considered and dealt with within 45 days of our being notified. If it appears the complaint may not be resolved within 45 days, the complainant will be notified promptly and the complaint may take up to 90 days to be resolved. If you have an enquiry or complaint, please contact the Complaints Handling Officer on 1300 724 734.


If you require further assistance, then you should direct your written enquiry or complaint to the Managing Director at the address shown in the Corporate Directory, or alternatively by email at complaints@mcca.com.au.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the manner in which we handle a complaint or if we have not been able to satisfactorily resolve the complaint, the matter can be referred to an external complaints handling body, the Financial Ombudsman Service at:
