Salaam,

We have just purchased a property alhumdulillah with the help of a loan through MCCA. We would just like to give thanks to Brother Kefah Mohammad and Sister Faten Helmy for their help and guidance throughout the whole process. From our first meeting with Brother Kefah we felt instantly comfortable and knew that we were in good hands alhumdulillah. Brother Kefah listened to all our needs and was able to recommend the product which suited us best and all the necessary requirements to attain the loan.

Sister Faten was invaluable with the actual loan applications and all the processes once we acquired a property. We found that there was no question too big or too small for her and were kept updated at every step. Sister Faten went above and beyond our expectations and we have such high admiration for the noble and professional manner in which her work was conducted.

Above all we are thankful to Allah (SWT) and inshaallah Brother Kefah and Sister Faten will be rewarded for all their hard work, patience and generosity.

Dear Br. Hadi,

I'm writting this email to you as I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Br. Muhamed , from your Lakemba branch. From the first phone call made to br. Muhamed equiring about information in regards to a refinancing application , nothing was too much trouble for him in assisting us. He took down all our information and personal details and followed up with us a few weeks prior to our loan coming out of its fixed period. So that on the day of it being opened , we could hand in our paperwork and make a smooth transition from the GE product to the Amlak product. He did this all with the most pleasant and professional manner . I was frantic at times trying to collect the inforation he needed with 2 little children with me, but he understood always and explained what I needed with such patience.

I have been a customer with MCCA now for just over 5 years , and throughout this time I have recomended to my family and friends a halal alternative to financial lending , and now having delt with Br. Muhamed I can personally recommend him by name to anyone who might be looking to lend finance.

Fadi and I sincerly wish Br. Muhamed a prosperous career in his industry and believe that he will continue in doing well with MCCA , because he values his clients and we both feel he always has their best intentions in mind.

Assalam alaykoum Brother Hadi,

I would like to thanks your organisation for all the help provided to me during the process of approving my loan and providing timely settlement for the purchase of a block of land. Brother Muhammed was extremely helpful and worked hard to ensure settlement occurred in a very short period of time which was necessary to avoid paying an additional $5000 if it had not occurred prior to the end of the year. I look forward to working with him again in the new year to finalise the building stage of my loan.

I would like to share my experience with MCCA Sydney.I joined MCCA some 8 years ago when MCCA was really small. The only reason was their halal finance option which was my main concern. I purchased my residential property soon after. Their approval process was a bit slow at that time but we managed. Since then, I have had regular dealings with them and the most recent one settled without a glitch. Thanks to Sister Faten and brother Kefah, the whole process from application to settlement was a breeze. My enquiries were answered promptly and I was kept in the loop through each stage of the process. MCCA Sydney has grown to a very professional organisation in recent times. Thanks to their employees.

Once again, I would like to thank sister Faten and brother Kefah for their professionalism.Looking forward to doing business again with you Insha Allah.

Same day email replies were the norm from Hassan - even during different time zones when he was on holidays in Egypt!

Professionally
Thorough Throughout every step of the process - when documentation was missing or required explaining - Hassan, Esti and Naveed immediately advised what was required, when, and how.

Continued Follow-Up
Emails were followed-up with the courtesy of a phone call. Hassan not only made sure we had what was needed in writing, but he and his team (Esti and Naveed) would pick up the phone and talk us through the process each step of the way.

Prompt and Personalised
The speed at which Hassan and his team would action and revert on each step of the process made us feel like VIP customers and that our application was high priority.

Sometimes during the course of our everyday work routine we get consumed with operational objectives and KPI's. My husband and I purchased a land in Greenvale Lakes and the bank representative at MCCA was Naveed Khan. We were very happy to deal with him as he was always on time with the paperwork and was very helpful with the questions we had regarding all the paperwork.

Now, we are actually looking forward to work with him when we apply for the construction for the building since we know that we will be in good hands inshaallah.

"I just like to give some feedback on how everything went for me and the wife changing my home loan from CBA to MCCA.

Firstly I would like to say is I had dealt with Naveed Khan, May Allah Bless him insha-Allah for his kindness and great help.

Naveed khan has done all the running around to get the loan in order for me and it has made things so easy for me, I could not have picked a better person for what he has done. Whenever I emailed or called in morning or night, I have always had an instant response.
